1. Introduction
Welcome to the Dedaandsons Talent Platform (“Platform”), operated by Dedaandsons Group Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration, profile creation, and participation as a job seeker (“you”, “your”, or “user”) seeking employment, freelance, or collaborative opportunities through our platform.
By signing up or using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration or use of this Platform.
2. Eligibility
To register as a talent on this Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of employment in your country).
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Use this Platform solely for legitimate career and employment purposes.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.3. Nature of Service
Dedaandsons Talent Platform allows individuals to create profiles, upload résumés or CVs, and connect with potential employers, clients, or collaborators associated with Dedaandsons or its verified partners. The Platform facilitates communication and visibility but does not guarantee employment, contract offers, or compensation.
4. Account Registration and Profile Management
When you register, you will be required to create a personal account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. Dedaandsons is not responsible for unauthorized access or misuse arising from your negligence in securing your credentials.
You may update, modify, or delete your information at any time through your profile settings. However, certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as record-keeping and compliance.
5. Information Collection and Use
During registration and use of the Platform, we may collect the following personal and professional data:

Your profile may be visible to internal recruiters, authorized HR personnel, and select business affiliates for hiring or project evaluation.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Impersonate another individual or entity.
- Upload harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content.
- Solicit money or conduct unauthorized transactions.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to collect data.
- Interfere with or disrupt Platform functionality.9. No Guarantee of Employment
Registration on the Dedaandsons Talent Platform does not guarantee job placement, selection, or engagement. Final decisions are made based on organizational needs, qualifications, and independent employer evaluations. Dedaandsons acts solely as a facilitator and does not participate in employment contracts or salary negotiations between users and employers.
10. Third-Party Services
Our Platform may integrate with or link to third-party systems such as cloud storage, communication tools, or assessment services. Your data shared with these services will be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Dedaandsons shall not be held responsible for any misuse or breach by such third parties.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property related to the Platform, including design, software, and content, is owned or licensed by Dedaandsons Group Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes related to your professional engagement.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., your résumé or profile), but by uploading it, you grant us the right to use it as outlined in these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dedaandsons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, missed employment opportunities, or unauthorized access.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dedaandsons Group Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, directors, and employees against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any applicable law.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may also request account deletion by contacting help@dedaandsons.com.
15. Updates and Modifications
Dedaandsons reserves the right to update or modify these Terms periodically. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
